Reproductive Psychology
Compassionate care for every stage of your reproductive and family planning journey.
I understand that reproductive challenges are deeply personal, emotionally taxing, and often isolating. My care model combines an empathic approach, extensive clinical expertise from intensive training and ongoing education in reproductive psychology, in supporting individuals and couples through every phase of fertility concerns and family-building decisions.
My Approach
Services
Evidence-based therapy grounded in reproductive mental health which has been proven to reduce anxiety, depression, and trauma symptoms associated with infertility and pregnancy loss. I integrate CBT, trauma-informed care, ACT, and mindfulness-based approaches. Beyond symptom relief, I help clients develop concrete skills—medical decision-making support, preparing for clinic appointments, navigating grief rituals, building resilience during treatment cycles, and creating contingency plans for next steps.
As would be expected, reproductive challenges affect relationships. I also offer couples and family centered therapy. These sessions improve communication, manage decision-making stress, and rebuild connection. These sessions also address family systems support when extended family dynamics or cultural expectations complicate care.
I conduct full psych evaluations for egg donors, egg recipients, and gestational surrogates. They include a psychiatric interview, a personality test (PAI), and other screeners as needed. Expect 3–4 hours for the appointment and a final report in 14 days.
